At Natural Hair Really Rocks by MoeMo™, we stand behind our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Due to the nature of our handmade, natural personal care items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@nhrrbymoemo.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• A short description of the issue


Items must be unused, unsealed, and in original packaging. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

 


 

Cancellations


Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot cancel or refund the order.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages


Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit. If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist you in the process if needed.
