Shipping policy

Shipping is based on the address provided by the customer. If the shipping address is off or incorrect. One of our representative will make one attempt to contact the shipper. If the shipper isn't available, then the package/packages will be shipped out as is. If the products are returned to Natural Hair Really Rocks, it will be sent back to the shipper with an additional shipping fee based on the original fee.
